It has been another rainy/gloomy day and is draaagging on! It hasn't help that our cable, internet and phone were all out for awhile. I was watching a totally cheesy movie, The Prince and I when the cable went out. It's not a movie I would rent but hey... I was enjoying it.
I am looking outside at our new "canals". If it ever stops raining we will get our sprinkler system done. I feel like the sprinklers are all I have to talk about anymore. Pray for sun so I can talk about something new.

Cute picture. Sorry about the weather. YUCK. Our internet was out all afternoon here and I almost died. Seriously.
I'm just laughing that Katie almost died, seriously, without internet for the afternoon. Oh, we live in a technological world. I was pointing out Ashlyn's favorite toys to Laura today-almost all electronic/musical.
It was a beautiful day here today, after the damn smoke cleared, though Ashlyn has at least 7 mosquito bites.
I don't know how else to email you, so here goes....
Beer Bread
3 c. flour (I use whole wheat)
3 t. baking powder
1 1/2 t. salt
3 T. sugar
1 can beer
Mix all dry ingredients well. Then pour in beer, and mix. Bake at 375 for about an hour or so. Oh, don't forget to grease the pan.
