Update.

I had my second OB appointment today. Everything went well. The baby's heartbeat was 157 bpm and I have gained 1 pound. I thought I had gained 2 or 3, but I have been throwing up today so I guess those extra 2 pounds went down the pipes. Yes, you heard right, I have been throwing up. Can you start morning sickness in the second trimester? I hope not. Fingers crossed it's just a bug.

Tomorrow is my first day of work. I am looking forward to it but my home to-do list keeps growing: I need to get the oil changed in all our cars, kill the painter (just kidding) have the painter paint the doors, finish moving rock in the back yard landscaping, read about 4 books, steam clean the carpet, paint the bathroom... I could go on and on but I will spare you. The remaining items deal with organizing and throwing away junk. Goodness!! In a few months I will need to get the nursery ready!! See?! My list keeps growing. (Deep breath in--deep breath out.) Alright, I need to get to bed so that I have enough energy to work and check some items off my list. Tomorrow's goal: work, change oil in the Grand Prix and remove "pre-hump" clothes from the closet.

Goodnight.

Only 1 lb is great!

I haven't heard of anyone starting morning sickness after the first trimester. I hope you are not. Yuck.

Hey Jamie, I'm glad things are going well. Sorry your throwing up though. What an amazing time your are in. I loved being pregnant. Hope your first day went well at work. Can you email me your new address. You probably gave it to me and I can't remember where I put it. Take care of yourself and give Chris a hug!!

How was your 1st day of work.
hope your feeling better. The storm was no big deal just a day off and back to it. One day the ocean is 10' the next flat!
