After his check up he was given shots, which was both emotionally and physically painful. Emotionally painful for me and physically painful for Wilson. He has been rather fussy all evening, poor kid. Every time you touch his little thighs he cries. Finally we took a nice warm bath and he seemed to relax. He is sleeping soundly in his crib right now and my fingers are crossed that he continues to sleep for a few more hours.
These pictures are from tonight after his bath.

Dad leaves tomorrow morning. I am sad to see him go. I've gotten rather used to having him here. I can't even begin to express how much he has helped us, with both the house and Wilson!!! Thank you Dad for all your help. It means so much to have you here and we can't wait until you come back again. Love you!

Shots are so hard. Ashlyn has actually gotten to be much better than I am about them, though.
The 2 month shots are the ABSOLUTE WORST! Each time after gets easier for you and for the baby.
Yeah, you always hate to see them hurting! I hope he will get better with the shots as time goes on. You will.
Oohhhhh, I just LOVE FAT BABIES!! I'm so thankful that Salem ended up being such a chunk! Don't you just love it to0--with Wilson?
