Busy-ness and Wilson

Sorry no Wilson posts lately I know you are all in withdraw, but Mom has been busy with clinic and school. I had a class exam yesterday along with my clinic exam and I can happily report I am doing well. A rock star, if you will. Wait a minute, rock stars don't do well in school; they drink and party all the time. Maybe I just want to BE a rock star. Hmm? Okay, so I am NOT a rock star but I am doing pretty well with my life balancing act (school, Wilson, Chris away, and renovations). Thank GOODNESS!!
I was sick last week and didn't know if was was going to be able to pull it off but with the help of some antibiotics my cold/sinus infection is on its way out. I know my body needs a serious break and I plan on taking that break in December. (Hopefully I can make it until then.) I need to take a few days and do nothing but sleep, soak and read. Maybe even forget reading. I might even get my hair cut and eye brows waxed (it has been since JUNE you know).

Okay, okay, back to WILSON. Sorry. I didn't mean to bore you with me. Wilson is doing well. He has actually slept 7 and 8 hours straight lately. Not in a row but he is getting there. The funny thing is that he slept 7 hours straight, woke up and nursed then went back to sleep for 4 hours, on his FIRST night taking acid reflux medication. I think we might be on to something here!!

Everything else is going well with the little man. He is still growing like mad (at this rate he is going to be 7 feet in kindergarten). He is loving eating pieces of real food and is also starting to pull himself up on our coffee table. (He would have probably been doing that for awhile but we didn't have a coffee table before Sunday.) He still has not crawled yet, but somehow manages to pull/drag himself forward ,while he is still laying on his belly.
He loves, and I mean LOVES, the water. When he takes a bath he sticks his face in the water then pops it up and smiles. The other night he fell backwards and went completely under. After I calmly lifted him back to a sitting position he looked at me, paused for a second (as if he was trying to read my expression for how to react) then started laughing.

Alright...I need to get. Clinic calls. I will try to post pictures later of tonight. Wilson is going to be a puppy. Happy Halloween!
