Hello all. Hope you're well. We are busy, as usual. Rob (my brother-in-law) flew out today. He is spending the New Year with us. We are enjoying solving the world's problems and watching Wilson.... Speaking of Wilson, he took a step today!! The past few days (really, just yesterday and today) we have been holding his hands and he has walked with our help. Tonight, I let go to see what he would do and he took a step all on his own. Exciting... I don't think he will be walking on his own too soon. But I do enjoy watching him put it all together. He just keeps getting more and more fun! Everyday.
I start back to school one week from tomorrow. Yikes. I am not ready. I am sure I will be, but I could use a couple more days to get my home and self in order...
Well, that's it for now. I need some rest. Just thought I would give you a quick hello.

Yeah, first steps! That's so great. Ashlyn took 6 or 7 more weeks after her first before she was really a walker, but some kids just go from one step to never crawling again. It is very exciting to see!
