Noel- He is a happy baby. When he is fussy it usually means something is wrong. Like he doesn't feel well, or is tired. That is usually the story with most kiddos though. The hard part is figuring out what is wrong. Like when he was sick with all the sores in his mouth... let me tell ya, he was not a happy baby then.
