Job site (with a quick poll)

Last Saturday we went up to Chris' job site in Vancouver, B.C. It was really great seeing where Chris is working. Until last week Chris had been downtown Vancouver, and even though his downtown office is awesome (with a view of water and mountains) being on site means that the fun stuff is going to begin soon. Chris is in charge of building walls for the bridges on one segment of the project. It is a very large project and if you would like to learn more about it you can click here and here.

One of the many things that makes me happy is seeing (and hearing) Chris get excited about what he does. I love that when we drive under a bridge, or along a new highway, Chris tells me about it and what he is doing that is similar. It is wonderful to love what you do.... Granted, not everything is perfect with his work and I know there are things he would love to change (and some day will) but he stills loves what he does and that is great. Speaking of love... Does my Wilson LOVE construction equipment?!! The answer would be- uh... YEAH.

At the site Wilson was able to climb all over equipment. In fact, he even was able to get inside one of the small excavators and is still talking about "Daddy's edibators". (Excavator is a really hard word to say.)
