Saturday was full of fun. We started the day off with a long walk (run for Chris) and then had a massive cooking party. Chris made waffles and I made chicken salad. Both in bulk. (Mom, I actually like chicken salad now. Who would have ever thought?)
Then, we fixed a lunch and headed to the beach for a picnic and some water time. It wasn't too hot. Just sunny and a warm 70 degrees. No humidity and crisp fresh air. It was wonderful. We had the shores to ourselves with, maybe, four other people around us.
