Forgive the me for the plastic in the background. It has been my attempt to heat Wilson's little pool. Our solar cover. Not really working. Not when it gets down to the 50's at night and only high 60's during the day. (read: weird summer in Pacific NW)
The first week of August it warmed up a bit. Finally, a few days in the upper 70s! Our heat wave (Good one, huh? I know. I am a total comedian.) was just in time for Wilson's wacky water camp at Gymnastics. He went wacky for four mornings and was eager to continue the wackiness (aka water fun) at home.
We made the best of it. I washed the car... and sprayed Wilson.
What!? That doesn't sound fun to you? You have obviously NEVER washed a car with me! Music. Bubbles. Spraying each other. Good times. Promise.
Okay. That wasn't ALL we did. We filled up the pool earlier in the week and on Wednesday it was warm enough to enjoy.
Wilson pretended to dive for fish (rocks) and splashed around for at least an hour.
Nora enjoyed watching and splashing herself. She pulled her sweet little self up on the side and splashed away.

I was looking through your archives for the baby announcement. I think I missed this post. I LOVE the photo of the two of them face to face. You need that framed!
