Jake's new do.
Okay, so our camera is being very moody!! (Which is annoying the heck out of me.) One day it works and the next it doesn't. When you think it will it won't and vice versa. I tried to take some pictures of the house and it died... I tried to take a picture of Jake and it worked. What are you gonna do?

Dude...poor Jake. Canyon's whole body looks like that, and its because I ASKED the groomer to do it. It looks so bad. So, how is Jake feeling???
OH! My poor Jake! I had to read back forever in the blog just to see what was wrong and I didn't realize he had so many injuries! At first I thought you were going to say he got hit by some crazy Alaskan driver! :( I hope he heals fast and can get back to running and swimming soon! :(
It has been a week today and "Jakafer" is feeling much better. He is even starting to weight bear some. I think making him wait 4 months to run is going to be a challenge but at least he is getting better.
Wow...what exactly was done during this surgery. I thought it was on his leg, so why is his whole ass shaved??
It was his knee. The surgery is called Tibial plateau leveling osteotomy, TPLO.

I like that hair cut so much better without the widow's peak by his tail. I am almost getting used to your hairless lab. :)
